I got involved in protecting Oregon concealed handgun license (CHL) privacy and exposing misinformation around the ACA (Obamacare) and Oregon’s tax Measures 66 and 67. That led to running for office in 2010 (and losing) and subsequently getting deeply involved in the largest GOP county party in Oregon, including supporting my wife in her role as county chair.
